Return & Exchange Policy

At Doggie Retreat, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we have established the following return and exchange policy:


Returns & Exchange

Customers may request to Return/Exchange their item(s) within seven (7) days of receiving the order, provided that the item(s) is in its original condition, unopened and unused. Proof of purchase must be presented for all returns/exchanges. After seven (7) days, returns will not be accepted.

Non Returnable & Exchangeable

For the safety and health of all our furry friends, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of item(s) classified in any of these categories;

1. Nourishment (i.e. wet/canned food, kibbles, fresh/raw frozen food, etc)

2. Treats & Toppers (i.e. bone broths, freeze dried treat, toppers and mixers, etc)

3. Toys & Games (i.e. chew toys, rope toys, squeak toys, balls & plushies, etc)

4. Grooming & Hygiene (i.e brushes, combs, diapers, etc)

5. Beds & Furnitures (i.e. beds, playpens, cages, mats, etc)

6. Health & Wellness (i.e. supplements, flea & tick prevention, etc)

7. Apparel & Accessories (i.e. tshirts, shoes, e-collars, etc)

8. Travel & Outdoor (i.e leashes, collars, harnesses, crates & carriers etc) 

Defective Items

If an item is found to be defective due to manufacturing defects, past the date of its expiration or error in delivery, customers may return it for a replacement or request for a full refund within seven (7) days of receiving the order. Proof of purchase must be presented for all defective item returns.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) business days of the return being processed.

Sale Items

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. (i.e. bundle deals, pwp, gwp, clearance sale, $1 deals etc)

Refusal of Returns and Exchanges

Doggie Retreat & Spa Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy or if it is believed that the item has been used, damaged or altered in any way.
